Pros

The pay is good. working from home is convenient.

Cons

The company preaches a lot of culture and a family like atmosphere. That last a few months then it becomes a what have you done for me lately with a whole lot of favoritism thrown in. Don't go against the grain and don't get sick and you can go with the flow a collect a paycheck.

Pros

- The culture is great, everyone is commutative and encouraging to one another. - Option to be creative with your pitches and choose what to say. - Promotes within.

Cons

- One of my biggest cons is the pay, you’ll mainly make the base minimum pay to start which is not ideal with bills. In the event you do get a deal, it’s rare so I wouldn’t expect commission right away. - Territories go to people with seniority which doesn’t offer a great opportunity for newcomers with experience in the industry.

Cons

Bad managers and toxic people bring allowed to stay year over year. It demoralizes the good employees.
