      Good Company, too much outsourcing

      Pros

      Great Bemefits, work/life balance, pay is kinda fair. They fire lazy and incompetent people. Great for minorities and women.

      Cons

      Outsourcing to BRIC countries, which seems like a conflict with personal information. Having Indian workers having access to American personal information. India works with Russia, the country that commits identity fraud. Creates a risk of longevity in the company’s future.

      I thought this was a company to retire with.

      Cons

      So much for tenured employees when they can send jobs to India. Bottom line is all that matters. I wonder if clients are aware that their sensitive information is being sent overseas. So much for supporting the US economy.
