Pros

Decent pay but it is cut in half your first year because you have to split everything with a "Mentor". Half the time the "Mentor" isn't even involved yet you still have to split your deal. I guess this really isn't a Pro.

Cons

Splitting all deal the first year with a "Mentor" that never around. No one really cares to help you understand such a complex deal. Managers are never in the office to assist as you're ramping up. Your hiring manager probably won't be the same in less that 6 months. Upper management changes all the time and your role and vertical will change along with it. Company is very unstable. Management advices employees to add fake appointments to SF.

Pros

Benefits for employee/employee’s family are outstanding.

Cons

The company should stop giving all the RSUs to outside executives that come in, do nothing while waiting for stock to best, then leaving and dumping stock. This plummets the stock and morale of employees who are actually contributing to the ESPP.
