*The company is taking on too many projects without proper resources or systems to support them. *There is no real PMO, so projects are not properly supported; no governance, standards, stage gates, alignment between the Business & IT. *IT and Products are not aligned. *Direct reports to the CEO are not aligned, so decisions are not wholly agreed upon at the top, which gives varying messages to colleagues. *There is either is NO 3-5 year roadmap, or at least it's never been shared or well communicated throughout. *Communication among many silo'd teams is very poor. *Working with colleagues in three time zones can become difficult. I've never seen any of my team-members. *There is no COO, which is becoming an evident issue.

Like any growing company, TriNet is hiring quickly and sometimes they give chances to individuals that aren't qualified or prepared for the intensity of the work place. Setting expectations for this job is not easy and so sometimes the under qualified leave unhappy.
