      Pros

      Truly want employees to succeed. Leadership is listening to both clients and current employees. Our new technology allows us to excel over our competitors.

      Cons

      Too many changes, but keeps you on your toes. Too many meetings can get in the way. Process from engagement with potential new client to an executed contract can be time consuming.

      Pros

      I love working with my TriNet team! I have great supportive peers, a knowledgeable management team who have truly guided me & helped me develop my skills, and could not say enough kind things about the cross-departmental teams that I collaborate with. I have never worked somewhere that so many people are willing to go the extra mile and take their time to teach me new things. & we have fun while doing it! :) Great environment for millennials. I have a flexible schedule, work-life balance, & am developing my professional skills.

      Cons

      Some growth pains, but nothing that can't be worked out. I'm hopeful & I've already seen vast improvements in getting issues worked out faster.
