      Thank you for your feedback. Although you are no longer at TriNet, we have made a great deal of changes recently. In fact, we strongly promote transparency at TriNet, and value cross-functional and cross-level communication. Our CEO communicates corporate goals to all colleagues at the quarterly meetings, and these goals are cascaded to everyone by management. With a performance-based culture, our colleagues are constantly evaluated against shared goals and achievements. We wish you luck in your endeavors.

      Pros

      good benefits package and some good people work there

      Cons

      No business strategies, no respect to employees. Politics all over the place. VP level taking things in person. Very rude!

      Incredible benefits. Growth opportunity. A lot of hard-working, dedicated staff. Company is a money maker.

      Cons

      Work environment (cubicle farm). Company makes too many on-the-fly decisions without thinking things through. Growing too fast to put out quality product in time allowed.
