Pros

It's a great atmosphere they dont micro manage, yo are treated as a person not a number and their open door policy is true and you can talk to anyone there. I love the fact that the vp's and ceo are in the office and they are approachable I've been with this organization for over a year. They work with you and you have the opportunity to work from home. Its one of the best software companies to work for in Addison Texas.

Cons

Growing pains a lot of growth and change, so I really dont consider this a con but some would.

Trintech is a growing company with great leadership and transparency. With that being said, each employee has the opportunity to have an impact on Trintech's growth and direction. -Flexible Work hours -Casual dress code -Minimum Micromanagement

Cons

As a double edge sword, a growing company can have its downsides. With the sheer amount of new employees, certain processes may not be set in stone and might take some time to establish.

I've been at Trintech for 15+ years and I can say that right now is the most exciting time to be here. I feel like we have focus in all the right areas at the same time, which is going to help us claim our market and make an impact in companies around the globe as they use our solutions. Everyone has a part to play and I have certainly felt valued in what I've been able to contribute. Over my tenure, I've held multiple positions of increasing responsibility. Key leaders at the executive level have invested in me and given me opportunities to grow. You don't find that in other companies. Our ownership by Vista Equity has enabled us to properly position ourselves to scale our business from the product straight through to customer success. Make no mistake about it.... being part of a company at this point in time, with our solutions, backed by our ownership makes this a once in a lifetime place to be.
