Pros

Lots of good people and lots of support from leadership.

Cons

It seems like the company is going under financially. I’ve worked here about a year and it seems like we are having problems: * Company layed off more than 5% of workforce in January * In March couldn’t payout full bonuses despite supposed growth * Backfill positions cancelled or delayed * All planned hires are delayed for months at a time

Trintech Response

It was a huge surprise to come across these concerns from a current, Dallas-based Trintecher. We agree that Trintech has supportive leadership and great people. The surprise was the concern around our financial health and the feeling that there is a lack of transparency here. That is very much at odds with our culture and our current business health as this was updated as recently as our Q1 All Employee meeting. Let me set the record straight. Trintech had almost 30% growth year over year in 2018 and we have continued that momentum with record Q1 bookings in 2019. Also during that meeting, I spoke about the increasing number of opportunities there are to advance within Trintech as we continue to grow and scale, most recently with the launch of our new mid-market business. Trintech is at an all-time high for hiring and internal employee advancement. This is all fantastic news, and that’s why this reviewer’s feedback is so puzzling. Overall, there has never been a better time to be with Trintech whether you are in development, sales, marketing, customer success, professional services, etc. as the company continues to realize record breaking performance and growth. I hope this reviewer will recognize that their concerns are unfounded.

Pros

I joined through chance and good fortune, having worked for a company that Trintech acquired. I was cautiously optimistic of the acquisition, but was quickly won over by the strong leadership team and passionate employees. Not only are there are regular opportunities for growth through meaningful and challenging work assignments, but more importantly the leadership team is supportive, transparent, and available - Teresa (our CEO) is often available for a chat in the kitchen. There are also frequent opportunities to engage informally with fellow employees and leadership - with monthly catered lunches, fruitful Fridays, and celebrations for milestone events (like winning the corporate challenge). Some departments have also started a new employee coaching program to ensure new comers are given the support needed to excel.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

There is zero, none, does not exist for this company

Cons

Incompetent exec team. Imagine 5 accountant managing software company - this is trintech. They see the business through spreadsheets and have no clue what it takes to create a product. This team is dishonest, incompetent and do not trust each other
