Pros

The following is my experience: - There are lots of opportunities, you just need to grab them - The environment is challenging (in a good way) - Awesome people - They look well after their employees

Cons

There is a bit too much emphasis on sales and marketing and I don't think the product is always supported as well as it is promised.

Pros

The culture is amazing and fun, has a family and entrepreneurial feel. The CEO is the original founder, an engineer and amazing to work with and for. Everyone is on the rising ship and success of the company is shared with employees. Good compensation, ice cream day and Friday socials.

Cons

Not much to complain about. For me the location in Westport is beautiful but required a move. Commuting to the Westport office requires a car and Westport is not convenient to airports.
