Pros

I have been with Triple Point for 5 years and the experience has been nothing short of phenomenal. The company is on a positive trajectory in all categories: revenue, customer growth and earnings! There are so many diverse opportunities that are available to the employees that it is a perpetual learning environment. The company's culture also promotes teamwork, collaboration and we have fun!

Cons

There are no cons if you are a hard worker and are intellectually curious. This is the place for you!

Pros

The company has an entrepreneurial, innovative spirit... driven by the CEO and the head finance leader. Both are smart business guys with a soft side. The CEO especially drives the great culture. Good pay and bonuses. Interesting projects. Recognition for contributions. Great people, great work ethic, fun but hard work.

Cons

Sometimes long hours, especially when customer commitments are made. Time constraints on projects can create pressure.

Pros

The only reason to work here could be salary which is much better then service based company.But many product based companies do provide better packages.

Cons

Horrible work environment, Bad management. Almost no planning and work pattern. No raise in technical standards. Poor behaviour by senior management
