      Don’t expect fair and equitable compensation

      Great health insurance, and when I was still there you could work fully remote (but I hear that is going away)

      Cons

      Terrible change management, brutal layoffs, lack of investment technology (they are cheapskates), fair and equitable compensation is a lie. I was underpaid the entire decade I was there and called them out on it, then they dangled a promotion in front of me for two years, then I finally left for a 33% pay bump with a way better company culture. It sounds like everything has gotten worse since I left, everyone is scared because they can read between the lines of the horrible communication that trickles out. I’m so much happier where I am now.

      Not much lately. Been downhill since Bob Trunzo left.

      Cons

      Want to feel like your exec team thinks you’re dumb as a rock? This is the place for you. Communication from above is very poor. I do not trust C level execs one bit. When the new CEO came aboard he specifically said in a company forum that remote work was here to stay. Guess what? Now we’re required to work in office one week a month. I’m sure soon it’ll be two weeks. Then three. Then full time.
