Pros

Same benefits as other banks. 2 weeks vacation with the option to purchase more.

Cons

Sick time. You cannot use all of your sick time or you will get fired. Training is not good at all. Its trainers read from powerpoints and throw you into the water without help. You learn as you take calls.

Pros

Good compensation and retirement package

Cons

No vision from executive management and lack of transparency. They talk a lot about innovation but everything in the fabric of the company is set up to destroy new thoughts.

Pros

Comp if you are a former BB&T teammate.

Cons

Basically working for BB&T. Newly defined job grades have no rhyme or reason as individual contributors at lower levels with minimal roles graded out equally with some senior managers with P&L responsibilities. The compensation discrepancies are painfully obvious. Long hours and work to produce mean nothing.
