Pros

- health insurance at no cost, for yourself and one pet - pets can come to work - free onsite amenities like gym, dog walkers, dog play areas, childcare, food trucks, ping pong tables, hover boards, nap rooms - 5 week paid sabbatical at 5 years, paid vacation time that increases with tenure - company stock options - 401k (but no employer contribution)

Cons

For all the talk of 'thinking outside the box', 'be yourself, everyone else is taken' - the office culture is like the worst of high school, and only the people playing the popularity stakes will succeed in getting anywhere. It is the biggest detriment of this company. Putting in your time, doing your job well, and working hard will only get you the perks they HAVE to give you- like more vacation time, etc. While some people are mysteriously whisked away into dream positions that didn't exist before (despite claims that every job is internally advertised for all to apply- that's a straight lie), others put in hard time, year after year, while being denied the opportunity to even interview for other positions they are more than qualified for- in favor of newer employees. Middle management so mired in the sorority house mindset of 'go team' they can't see (or simply don't care about) all the employees they exclude and alienate; all good workers who simply don't fit the cookie cutter mold- but like and do their jobs well. I worked many positions within the call center because they knew I could perform the duties with my eyes closed, but was denied any opportunity for advancement beyond a certain level. I was also not given basic certification training given to the rest of my coworkers (even brand new, onboarding ones) so I began to see the writing on the wall. I was definitely pushed to my breaking point, despite expressing my concerns to management, and I think it served their ultimate goal.

Pros

The product is great and bringing pets to work is fantastic. The pay is slightly higher than minimum wage. The dress code is relaxed.

Cons

The thing is management is young and likes to create cliques. If you aren't their friends you will not do well. While working there a large amount of people quit and quite a few were fired (with no warning).. which is a terrible sign of a company. When someone did leave we were not notified and so when customers called in asking for them we would not know they are gone and it was a very frustrating process. New management cares more about quantity than quality... which means a LOT of unhappy customers. The training is minimal and the amount of learning is vast in a very short time. Bringing your dog to worj is cook but the pet policy is ridiculous and more hassle than benefit. The amount of money you get paid is not worth the work and emotional sanity.. I say stay away until they figure out what the heck they are doing.

Pros

Work with animals in the office, a lot of downtime

Cons

So so so so so much favoritism, it was unbearable. Random firings, like every few weeks. There are absolutely no raises as a CCR, you have to move to a different department in order to get a raise, but they still expect you to take on more responsibilities while other people are making the same money for less work.
