Pros
We had 10+ holidays off. The schedule was part time and it was a really good schedule. The schedule was a set schedule and that was good. Some of the employees were nice and helpful.
Cons
They have a big turnover in employees, more than most financial institutions. They hire anyone off the street. The training is terrible. They have some very hostile employees and they continue to employ them even when they get violent. They tell you that you need to toughen up. They have had some employees that are not helpful and that are down right rude and hateful. There is a lot of yelling in some branches. There’s no respect at all. This is definitely NOT a good place to work. I would not recommend it to anyone.
