It must be horrible to feel this way at the company you work at. I invite this reviewer to provide more anonymous feedback to me assuming they are still at TrustedSite. My only goal is to make TrustedSite a great company for all of us and our customers. Additionally I would be happy to sit down and listen to their perspective. I will repeat a few things from my other comments to ensure readers have another perspective. Leadership Myself and my co-founder, along with 5 senior managers are in the office everyday working hands on with teams to deliver our service to over several 100K customers. Our company vision, products, and updates on the business are communicated every month with company meetings and everyday with individual updates. Our mission is to help good websites become trusted websites with our services. Favoritism - Nepotism. We do promote and reward performance. Several of our directors who’ve made significant contributions started as individuals and we promoted to run teams. Not sure about nepotism...we don’t have anyone working at TrustedSite who is related to anyone else working at the company. PTO Policy New employees get a total of 4 weeks, two weeks pto and 10 company holidays. We have an “Open” PTO policy where employees can take more paid time off with managers approval based on still accomplishing the results. The amount of vacation guidelines go up based on years with the company. We did have some individuals who abused the “Open” policy and several other employees who were planning to take a total of two paid months of vacation that we didn’t approve. This individual may be one of those folks. Product Quality and Features We have a rapid product development cycle that includes bug fixes and new features. We support over 12 platform partnerships and have over 200K customers using our services. Employee Happiness Not sure this is fair. Of our employees we have had no unforced turnover except for two individuals who changed carriers that fit their skills better. The bulk of our employees have been with the company for several years.
