Pros
- They quickly adapted to remote working during the pandemic. Super communicative and gives you all the tools you need.
- Management listens and acts on it. They love hearing feedback especially if it can make your experience at TS better. No is a mind reader so it's better to speak up than complain in the background.
- Office life was chill. They had 2 floors in a nice building in the FiDi with micro kitchen, snacks, etc. Free lunch and happy hours. Since the pandemic has moved everyone remote, TS implemented a gift program. Coworkers can send each other appreciation gifts on the company dime. It's an awesome program they've implemented since we no longer get the office perks. CEO will also send the sales team wine occasionally if quota is exceeded. It truly brought me joy as a wine lover.
- Company paid for everyone's Masterclass membership. Loved this perk.
- Besides the perks (which I like to call the Golden Handcuff), they truly care about their employees and their career path. Management is incredibly encouraging.
- The sales team and their processes have gotten better in the last year. There's more organization and goals are clear. Quota is attainable. They do everything they can to provide you with the necessary tools and training to succeed.
- I feel like there's a lot more to be said but honestly, this is a great company to work for. I've heard some horror stories of other tech companies from close friends and they're always telling me to make sure I stay at TS.
- Remote work! You can live anywhere.
