- Management severely understated how much of a lack of structure there was in their accounting department and in the company in general - Almost no communication about progression and growth - No training to speak of or even any general communication as to expectations during the first 2 months of my tenure there - Senior leadership extremely disrespectful when giving "constructive criticism" calling people and their work "garbage", "waste of time" and "useless". - Would go days with no direction or clear set of expectations as to our month end cycle until there was a mistake made. - There didn't seem to be a clear communication between manager and leadership in which multiple emails would be sent in a vague manner but would all be essentially for the same thing so a separate reply would have to be sent for each. - Controller complained for "unnecessary" words in email like "Per my review" and "I believe" as he called them "unnecessary garbage" and "waste of my time" to read. -Essentially trained my co-workers during my first month of my tenure as to the accounting software as manager was not present for their training. All of this while I was still learning the system.

I have no idea how their website says they are accredited through AASHTO but they have no accreditation whatsoever. (Utah branch)
