Cons

The most incompetent people without any required certifications are placed in management. Backstabbing. Petty. Insecure leadership. Losing work to competition. Dishonest. Defying the both intent and law of Private Provider Act. This is a highly regulated industry they treat like a joke.

Pros

Rewarded for bad behavior that would get you fired and jailed at most jobs. Accidents in company trucks with no real disciplinary action. If they need you/your license, they overlook a lot of things. Fudging monthly numbers so PSL can look like it made the most. Work far and I mean far but still use company trucks/cars and waste gas. If you can't spell or make complete sentences in the English language, not a problem, they are mgt material!

Cons

Call you "family" - complete liars. Everyone is overworked and underpaid. Everyone is exhausted, looking like zombies. Cameras to watch your every move. They tell you when to use your PTO. Raises are never above $1.00 Insurance is awful and EXPENSIVE. NO bonuses, only for who he likes. Incompetent "managers." The ask you to do onlinereviews to counter the bad ones. Pizza parties do not suffice ANYTHING you think they do. Treated like children at times with stupid cheap "gifts." No parking, expected to park ON THE ROAD! HIGH turnover once they see how much work they have vs. the pay. New people have cubbies in the HALLWAY! Managers text each other about employees they don't like as if they are teenagers.

Many of my coworkers and subordinates were very pleasant.

Cons

Management from the very top puts little value on its employees. Sr leaders gaslight the staff and expect them to work round the clock. They don't take complaints seriously. Employees are not valued at all.
