USAA Insurance Customer Service/Sales Representative reviews

Micro managed; even know how long you are in the bathroom; Promotions are done through the good ol' boy network; not based upon job knowledge. Many managers are lazy or incompetent. People are looking to make a name for themselves without regard to the long term ramifications on the company. Ideas are rushed though without looking at the unintended consequences. Bad management overall. The company '"talks a good game" but doesn't really follow that talk overall. I would say they are fairly neutral toward the customer unless they are conning them. Profits are through the roof due to rate increases.

Some people may not like a very structured environment or working in an inclosed office space.
