Pros

Pay was AWESOME as a contractor (18 - 34 an hour depending on the agency you sign on with - I earned $29/hr), if hired full time, you would take a 10 - 15 dollar an hour pay cut, but their benefits make up for it.

Cons

Contractors are limited to two years. VERY competitive if trying to get hired on full time. I applied 5 times while I was a contractor and I had the highest performance ranking in the dept....STILL couldn't get hired. It's all about WHO you know! Hard to advance without a degree. Was just laid off in May, have spent the last 7 months trying to figure out how to survive on "realistic" salary ranges!!

Pros

8% retirement contribution match, 32 days off a year starting out, very military friendly for employees

Cons

Call center focused, CEO is newer and shifting the business focus to profits, seems to favor contracting departments out over keeping jobs internal

Pros

Working at home is a plus.

Cons

Understaffed, overworked, they dangle the annual bonus over your head constantly throughout the year. It's a typical call center environment. The only thing that matters is the bottom dollar and how man referrals you make. Your actual work performance has little to do with your job title. It's all about how much you sell. After 10 years I was given a promotion, my compensation was an additional .40 an hour. It's next to impossible to "grow" or move up within this company unless you have a degree.
