Thank you for your comments. Selling other products (ie: P&C, etc.) does not fit within our captive sales opportunity at USHEALTH Advisors. The captive nature of the USHEALTH Advisors sales opportunity is clearly addressed in the USHA Agent Agreement and other documentation that would have been signed during the agent contracting process. I understand that you may not like this answer, I am simply explaining the facts. Regarding your comments regarding leads, I was not a part of the conversation you reference, therefore I cannot speak to any discussion that may have taken place regarding lead quantities...I can only speak to our company policy regarding leads, which is again, addressed in the USHA Agent Agreement. I understand your wife's illness would take time away from this opportunity and It is my sincere hope that your wife has made a full recovery. As you can imagine, it would be very difficult for the corporate office to be aware of such instances, therefore we have no other visibility beyond our normal reporting processes to determine whether an agent is engaged in the business or not. Letters such as the one you received are a normal part of our business processes and are triggered by inactivity of the agent. Without a clear line of sight regarding the cause of inactivity (in your case, the health of your wife) it is difficult to step in and alter the processes.
