      Great company but they ignore anything sent to HR about harassment and unfair working conditions

      Pros

      Loved my job, my staff & my customers. Really a fun place to go into daily. Perks of the job and full time benefits are really pretty good.

      Cons

      Upper management has zero respect for work life balance. Some districts it is mandatory you join a group app with all other GMs that goes off at all hours of the day keeping you constantly connected to work even when you're not there. You also may be required to link your GM email to your personal so you cannot get away from that communication either. When it is discussed with HR they ignore the issue. They are empathic but no change is made. It's very frustrating bc it burns you out so much. There's also been too much turnover over a GM level. I'm being forced to find a new job as I can't say that I'm happy any longer. The company itself isn't bad. But at the end of the day if they are meeting their budget they don't care about the people signing their pay checks.

      Pros

      Growing company with a lot of outdated senior management. This growing company has departments that are growing closer to retirement and dust in the wind rather than with the company.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership, Poor Management, Retaliation are just a few. Company has managers clock out for "lunch" but does not allow them to leave the building- to control unpaid "rest" time. Request employees to work while off of the clock. Was told you will receive approx. 15-20 hours weekly on avg. only to receive 8-10 hours on avg. After each work shift the manager has you wait by the front door before you can leave so that they can "check" you out causing you to add up to 10 minutes more to you shift being unpaid. Hostility from corp management causing employees to always be on edge. Poor inventory control process. Poor DC process. Poor IT department. Poor HR department. Poor LP department. Poor Guest service department. Poor Training!!! No work/life balance as they claim. You WILL receive phone calls on your days off and be required to take conf. calls on your personal time using your personal phone.

      Worst experience ever.

      Pros

      The pay. I asked for a ridiculous amount because I wasn't sure if I really wanted the job and they agreed.

      Cons

      Working with young girls with no management experience. I was discriminated on based on my age. I would have to run the entire store by myself. There was no team work involved. The company had a bully mentality. Working an open to close shift and then coming in the next day at 7 am to do shipment. There was no work life balance
