Pros

Paid weekly, good benefits, advancement opportunities if your a top performer.

Cons

Low pay for what they expect of you, commission structure is too long 3-4 months to get paid, maximum mileage reimbursement of 288 miles a week even if you drive 5 times that amount. Upper management doesn't care about the Sales Rep's.

Pros

My supervisor was very good and probably the only honest person in the warehouse. Other than that everyone else is fake.

Cons

They overworked you. Made you clock out at the 12 hour and worked you even more without getting paid. Too much headache dealing with the route customers. They gave me the worst route and expected me to gain the trust of the customers after their old route man did a horrible job. The pay was not enough for the work you do. Worst off I had a couple of family members pass away and they let me go after I had 4 days off due to dealing with family issues. Their excuse was that they have a business to run and they are moving on to the next one. This is why they have such a high turnover rate.

Good experience, pretty good training, good resume builder, teaches you how to work hard to be successful in a sales environment, culture is solid

Cons

Low pay for salespeople, company is more focused on service than they are the sales people, high turnover in sales positions, no vacation time the first year
