Pros

You can start as early as 3:00 am to finish the route sooner. Beat traffic going out to start the day and when you head home for the night.

Cons

Managment is poor. The overall system is poor. The commission setup for the postion is geared to work against you. A lot of work with no satisfaction in the end. Accounts come and go which means your take-home fluctuates. The base pay is $850 which is NOTHING for the amount of work and responsibilities the driver has to take on. It’s all busy work and the pay does not match.
