Pros

Some opportunity for advancement, decent pay and laid back culture (family atmosphere).

Cons

Old school in terms of the sales and service processes and greatly needs an overhaul. Managers lack training, keen business acumen and education. The company may need to consider bringing in more M.B.A grads and experienced M. B. A managers who can be a catalyst for growth and overall company (or branch) growth. Additionally, a move toward providing current century sales and methodologies would help improve sales and reduce turnover.

Pros

You will get good experience in business to business sales. There training is self study but taken seriously will help develop a good foundation for a career in sales. It's better than being unemployed

Cons

Lowest pay in the industry. To small of areas to keep the $110 dollar weekly average. Long sales cycles dealing with 60 month contracts. After one year ridiculous sales expectations are put on you and then you will be let go.

All work, no pay.

Pros

Good benefits and 401k. Power route bonus's were decent.

Cons

60+ hours a week and salaried for $600 a week. Didn't get paid quarterly bonus's like we were suppose to. Upper management does NOT care about the route drivers, even though we are the "face" and "backbone" of the company. We would get told we're working to many hours, then have more work and more stops added to our route. Hard work and dedication are not rewarded at this location, or by this GM.
