Great B2B foundation - Entry Level - Honest Review

Pros

The job is what you make of it. Great sales training program and the opportunity to make 6 figures, although rarely in the first year. Supportive Sales Manager and a service team that overall does a good job. If you are looking to get into the big leagues (MedTech, Pharma) this is a great option to get B2B experience.

Cons

One individual in upper management is a narcissist and an egomaniac. He constantly controls the narrative and verbally mistreats even senior reps. He is the reason why most people leave. The National Account Division will have you do hours of work with little to show for it. This will always be the farming league until UniFirst can be competitive on pay.
