Pros

The job did have a decent pay for the type of work that it was.

Cons

This company doesn't know the meaning of work life balance.

Pros

Well established company with years of consistent growth. The training program is among the best, training team is superb. Great on your resume for future employment.

Cons

The pay is not considered by market and if you are on East Coast, good luck getting by. Impossible to attract talent because of it and if you do attract them, they will leave when someone else offers them more money. Managers are grossly underpaid and are not given the freedom to excel unless it's only by using proven failed UniFirst metrics and processes.

Pros

it was a decent average place to work where you usually felt your job was safe and that you had some career stability

Cons

it did not seem to keep up to date with new company features with limited internal advancement and average to below average benefits
