Pros

UniFirst's training program and internal support is exceptional. I am a veteran sale person and choose UniFirst as a great company to work for in Sales. My manager was very clear about the challenges and rewards. She told me what to expect and it has been right on. It will take some time to build the database and opportunities for you to make the "big" bucks. But UniFirst's proven sales process, in my opinion is one the best I have found. Work the process, accept constructive feedback, adjust as needed and you will be very successful.

Cons

Sales cycle is long, so will take several months before the commissions start flowing.
