Pros

flight benefits start from day 1 for you and family

Cons

The management is terrible. No people skills, lots of micromanaging, favoritism up the ying yang and very unprofessional management. Especially Noel.

Pros

Travel benefits and getting the opportunity to meet people

Cons

LOW PAY! Hard mentally and physically draining- your pay check will never reflect the long hours and blood sweat and tears you put into this place they just don’t care. No employee appreciation. Even if you did take a lead role or supervisor role the pay is very little still- I only put two stars for the travel benefits

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you value the flight privileges and the opportunity to connect with people through your role at UGE—these are experiences we’re proud to offer and that many of our team members enjoy. We also recognize your concerns regarding pay and long hours. Working in aviation can be demanding, and we understand the importance of fair compensation and work-life balance. Your input matters, and we appreciate you taking the time to highlight both the positives and the challenges of your experience. We’re committed to making UGE a place where employees feel supported and valued, and your feedback helps us continue improving.
