If I could give this place zero stars I would. Look at the reviews... employees are treated like scum. Undervalued-no matter how much you do for the company they do not care. Overworked-until they eventually outsource your job. Underpaid-compared to current market values....Do not expect to be at this company longterm if for some reason you choose to accept a position here as the turnaround rate throughout is asinine. Don’t bother talking to HR about any problems that may occur they are beyond unhelpful. This company only cares about acquiring as many companies as they possibly can and going public. Do not expect to have your voice heard, its not worth wasting your breath. Please do not waste your time nor energy in giving this horrendous company a chance. You will be able to find better opportunities elsewhere.

I have never been so micro-managed in my entire career as I have been with this company. Managements operates on a closed-door policy, full of favoritism & secrets. There is no room for growth, no trust in employees, and no respect given. The morale is so low and everyone is literally miserable due to the micro-managing, power trip style of the Managers. You cannot have any form of effective communication as Management goes on hyper defense and doesn't take any constructive criticism. There is nothing for team building, no pay raises and the benefits are garbage. Ever since USS was bought by Platinum Capital it has gone down hill, with the workers being the casualties.
