We are Allen employees but many departments are managed by Aramark. Those departments have low morale,high turnover,no feeling of job security. . . Work load is based on square footage of area, not what actually needs to be done.Nor is enough time allowed to do the job as it should be done. Aramark chemicals used for disinfection do not appear to perform up to needed standards for a hospital. Food quality has gone down and prices have gone up. As much as Allen wants a work environment that is free of discrimination, that is not evident in the practices of Aramark at this facility, as evidenced by a recent 2 million dollar class action settlement..

If you are in the Service Sector be prepared to be treated like you don't matter by some of the Nurses/Techs/Doctors
