      Flexibility with schedule, could be very rewarding when seeing progress with consumers and their mental health

      Cons

      Caseload completely unmanageable 60 consumers in high needs community support program. Literally impossible to make productivity which ensuring best care for your consumers

      Can learn a lot. A lot of experienced nurses mixed with a substantial amount of 0-2 year ICU experience nurses.

      Cons

      Can be a little cut-throat at times. A lot of micro-managers and the pay is horrible. Not a lot of room for advancement within the unit.

      Love my coworkers and my patients. If my work was simply based on my coworkers and my patients I would give this a 10 star rating.

      Cons

      Lack of support and trust from management. Was told we would never be micromanaged and that is what the work environment is turning into.
