Bad pay Rotating staff Benefits are fine

Short staffing, horrible culture, and has management do way too much, no communication

There's a lot of duties and high expectations on a short staff.

. Upper management leaves room to be desired .staffing to patient ratios can be difficult

Only with them for 4 months. Training was minimal and much availability to copartners to train.

As with all healthcare, there are some who believe they are gods

Salary Little opportunity for advancement Poor management
