People keep leaving so those who stay are forced to pick up the slack. -Not high enough pay to perform the many tasks while also handling patients who are angry because of the wait time during a rush. -Often not enough people actually motivated to do their jobs. -PTO starts at zero. You earn 8 hours of PTO each paycheck, but it's automatically taken out for paid holidays.
