Poor staffing ratios, small incentives

Pay isn’t the best unless you take a lot of call

Management always want to find new ways to make more money so there are more stress on the staff.

After minimal training new staff in my office are thrown in the deep end.

You’re never compensated for how hard you work or for picking up extra shifts, they continue to take any incentive they previously offered away and not add anything new or worth your time. Hard to find staff to pick up due to incentives being taken away.

Some of the customers are harder to deal with than others, but common in any place that interacts with people.

Expect low wages and under staffed. Expect to be treated like trash the first year by senior employees.
