none that are better at most any other workplace

Cons

depending on what dept you are in and the manager/director at the time this place can be good or bad. Turnovers happen a lot, unqualified people seem to get hired often for upper levels while qualified people are not moved up. Raises for majority of workers are usually only 1%while insurance costs go up more than that so really you don't get a raise.

Pros

Pretty decent environment. Leadership asks for feedback and ideas to be better. Good paid time off, and gets better with tenure. Really good insurance.

Cons

Pay is below national, and city standards. Too often, people with a poor attitude are onboard, which perpetuates a little bit of a rough patient experience.
