Good opportunity to learn by rolling up your sleeves and engaging peers and managers. Once a vision is actually set, could be the beginning of a good company. Improving quality and allowing new ideas to emerge.
Cons
Many overlapping products and lack clear leadership on either building a single platform or going to specific markets with products. Customers are confused and so much churn that people are anxious and unsure about their position. Good IP that is being poorly managed and falling further behind peer group. Not a leading technology firm as the individual product was seeking. Lead by a team that has minimal experience in software companies and mostly finance, legal, investing backgrounds. Causes confusion as acquisitions do not build on a cohesive solution strategy and causes conflict with development, sales and funding projects.
