Pros

1. Base pay for SDR's is higher than what most places offer. 2. MUNI/Caltrain stations are within walking distance.

Cons

This place is a sinking ship and a revolving door for sales reps. I must've seen at least a dozen sales reps come and go in less than a few months. The amount of turnover they have is insane and obvious on LinkedIn (at least 12 people have left), but I took a gamble because of the high base pay they offered me as a SDR. It is something I regret so much because no one is hitting quota here and the market seems to be shrinking. The training here is non-existent and your success will come down to your ability to lie to customers and your ability to do it at mass scale. Everything that was told to me during the interview was a lie. This is as boiler room as it gets with plenty of characters to play the parts. The office environment is awkward and unprofessional. It is run like a frat house. If you're a female, you'll get hit on here often and then realize it's because HR is non existent. There is no reason to work here. Stay away!

Pros

I need five words.....nothing.

Cons

The most unprofessional environment I've ever worked in. So much scandal. I was told I could remotely as they had let another SDR (male) work remotely because they had a prior commitment. While working remotely, I got an email retracting everything I was told and was LET GO, via email, no phone call. Another manager chatted me earlier in the day to try and talk but then was occupied and never followed up. You WILL GET HARASSED HERE. I mean in every way possible. Their HR is non existent. Their office is disgusting and smells like rotten pizza. There is NO training on anything. Management lies about reaching quota in order to get funding and puts other employees at risk in order to do so. It's sad that this kind of morale exists in a working environment.

Pros

- great people still work there in contributor roles (and a few managers) - people are genuinely friends outside of work, and the company encourages coworkers the socialize, with a family environment - lots of fun social activities that the company puts on to get employees to know each other on more than just a profession level - great office spaces in Mountain View, San Francisco and Atlanta - awesome perks including fitness classes, massages, and lunches twice a week.

Cons

- Executive Management rushes into critical decisions without consulting the experts it has hired for opinions and to do things the right way. - Product is not seen as essential to new customers, and management constantly artificially change the product without actually improving it to justify higher dollar spend than customer wants to commit. - New management hires do not fit well with the core employees who made UserTesting into the rapidly growing company it is. - Executive team is quick on the trigger to let go of key staff, while keeping other highly paid VPs and directors who are dead weight because of personal relationships. - The Executive Team feigns like they get involved into the details of the business, but really have only high-level knowledge of what's going on. - Many managers are either inexperienced, over their heads or ineffective. - Marketing team has yet to product sufficient leads for sales to realistically achieve their quotas even with outbounding.
