Pros

The company cares a lot about its employees. If you work hard and do good work, you will be rewarded and recognized. Catered lunches twice a week. Good benefits. Many fun activities. A fun atmosphere and great coworkers. Management that cares. A lot of people actually look forward to coming into work each day, and I'm definitely one of those employees that appreciates being in that kind of environment.

Cons

There are three separate offices which means that you aren't guaranteed to be in the same physical place as your coworkers.

Pros

You will "survive", remain hired and see respect ONLY IF you have been hired through a reference (relative, friend, etc.)!!! No chance for anybody else!!!

Cons

Suspicious and rude supervisors everywhere! Intense work environment! No trust or support from your supervisor or manager! Your great work quality is never good enough!
