Flex-time off (And no judgement following it's use) Friendly co-workers and executives No micromanagement Access to learning resources/stipends Clear career advancement

Cons

Compensation is lower than market average, although not by much Health-care benefits are very average (At least for Canadians)

Wage is ok but if you have a good mindset to sustain the rest

Cons

Everything apart from wage is an opportunity to improve, from management to the doubtful way they promote people, HR really lacks processes and experience and they are not comfortable with non spanish speakers at all. Besides the fact that you need to know the right person to grow in the company or you accept being promoted for the same exact salary or with no contract changes..
