      Pros

      Career development is HUGE : Management/HR work with each employee to set them up for success. Culture is awesome : One of the core values, "Be kind" is actually something everyone keeps top of mind, which is very refreshing. Transparent leadership : the leadership team is awesome and very approachable. Benefits are great : Constantly adding really great benefits that keep them very competitive with other tech companies.

      Cons

      Every now and then work/life balance can be a challenge

      Pros

      Great people, best sales team I've been on. Focused on honesty, clarity and integrity. Many opportunities for collaboration and strategizing. The company is flexible - continuously listening and changing to accommodate both customers and employees. There is a clear focus and intention to hire and promote internally.

      Cons

      Since some employees work remote and it's an international company, there are often way too many meetings that just take a lot of time out of the day. But, they do serve a purpose and help create a culture of support, trust and collaboration.
