Pros

UserTesting is making its mark! We are well known and used by some of the world's most well known brands and some that you've never heard of, but will. Our new mobile products are groundbreaking and it's super exciting to be a part of the team that is breaking this new ground. In many ways, we act like a start up. In other ways, we act like a company that's been around for 7 years - because we have. That's often a nice balance. Speaking of balance - the work life balance here is amazing. There are so many clubs, sports teams and fun activities ~ gaming clubs (both console and board) book club, LGTB club, culture club, ultimate Frisbee, softball, soccer, happy hours, and so much more. The founders and senior executives know what they're doing. They're not 20 somethings trying to run a company with no experience. They are humble, nice and (seriously) know all 200+ employees by name.

Cons

If you get motion sickness on roller coasters, you won't enjoy this ride. We are fast, agile, and rapidly expanding. Some days, you'll feel like you went up-side-down a couple times. If you enjoy the adrenaline rush of that type of excitement, you'll love it here.

Pros

Simply the best reason to work here is that work life isn't everything. There are activities almost daily ranging from sporting events, social hang outs, massages, or clubs that meet up. I have never received any sort of discomforting glares from anyone in the company when I was letting them know I needed to leave to go to the Book Club meeting or our company softball/soccer/basketball/ultimate frisbee game (which UserTesting sponsors too!)

Cons

Since we are a start-up like environment sometimes things can feel that way as far as organization, but we are still a younger company getting our bearings down. Every company will have their chaotic times, but UserTesting keeps us pretty calm.
