Pros

The two things I love most about UserTesting are the people and the culture. The people here are ridiculously nice, smart and hard-working. Folks are a pleasure to work with and it really feels like we're in this together. The culture is great because it feels like family. All of us are free to be ourselves.

Cons

UserTesting has the same challenges as any other fast-growing startup. Now that we're getting bigger we need to spend more time thinking about ways to encourage communication between our different departments.

Pros

Whenever I tell people what my company does, they immediately get it and think it's a great idea.

Cons

Office space is kind of crowded and groups are split up among several offices.

Pros

Fun people who like to organize activities and make the day-to-day quite fun and enjoyable. Great way to get a foot in the door into industry, especially for college grads. Fast paced and up-beat environment. Sales are great and bonuses are seen often.

Cons

Lack of vision for overall company in the UX field. Usertesting is very reactive to what customers need, they are interested in providing answers to their clients and being a means to an end. This isn't research in the true sense. and it's limiting for employees who want to do more. The compensation is inadequate for the job duties and location. Combine this with inexperienced managers who aren't able to utilize their talent, make the work load inconsistent, and pass their stress to their employees.
