      Pros

      The product is the best in the market which makes it great to work with. Flexible office environment allowing creativity and a chance to 'mix it up' enabling ownership of own work which increases personal responsibility. Good social side and management very genuine.

      Cons

      Poor lighting in Manchester office and temperature never quite right!

      The product is the best in the field and has several advantages over the competition. This makes it good value to customers and the company is growing as a result. The culture is also really good. Very social, fairly young and genuinely collaborative. Since bake-off lots of people bring in cake

      Cons

      No free drinks in the London Office Sabuteo is not a replacement for a ping pong table or pool table. Sabuteo is hardly even a game.
