Pros

People here are genuinely excited about their work. We have a lot of autonomy, and management takes suggestions seriously. People are always sharing interesting, challenging new ideas. Unlike previous jobs I've had, I wake up excited to get to work on my projects. The culture is very casual and welcoming.

Cons

The company is growing really fast (which is good), but sometimes it feels like we're outgrowing ourselves. We're running out of space in both our Mountain View and San Francisco locations.

Pros

I enjoy working at Usertesting because the CEO, COO, and CPO are all open to listening to new ideas from anyone within the organization. If the idea sounds good then they will move forward with it. Usertesting also encourages personal growth by providing money for education as part of the benefit package and a library of books to read.

Cons

Growth has caused office space to feel a bit crammed (at least until we move into a new space).
