Going in the wrong direction

Pros

1) Flexible work from home schedule 2) Some good, hard working employees really trying to make a difference 3) Both offices are near train stations

Cons

There is a reason there has been so much employee turnover in the past few months! CEO is temperamental and is doing nothing to improve company culture. Sales team is full of overinflated titles and ineffective leadership. The product itself is lacking behind other companies in the market and is now playing catch-up to try to compete.

Pros

It was one of my favorite places to work! The Sales Team Management helped me get ramped up in the UX space. The UX industry has a lot of moving parts so working with the team and management to learn the space was key! I felt knowledgeable speaking with clients and having internal conversations about UX.

Cons

Growing pains, which is what comes with the territory in the Tech industry. Patience is key when performing multiple roles.

Pros

Work with a bunch of cool people. The product is innovative and something people are excited about.

Cons

Tends to feel like more of an individual effort then a team effort. When leads slow down we are all expected to fend for ourselves instead of trying to come up with solutions as a team. As a sales team, about 10% of the team members hit quota for 6 consecutive months, yet nothing changed or was improved but we were all still held accountable. Besides the past 6 months, working here has been awesome.
