Pay is good to start. PTO is generous.

Cons

Claims is micromanaged with a VERY unrealistic goal mind set. No work life and home life balance. They don’t take anything in your personal life into account. Trying to move up from starting in claims is impossible. You can really only move anywhere by moving up in claims which is incredibly unrealistic for the company to think. You’re punished for speaking your mind and being honest. You aren’t appreciated. They play favorites. Raises are a joke. You are incredibly stressed for just a claims job. It is absolutely not worth the pay.

Once you're in the door, company feels free to screw you over with regard to pay raises, bonuses, etc. Opportunities are based on who you know, rather than what you've accomplished Segment management hoards authority while freely distributing accountability Segment leadership makes individual goals as subjective as possible so that objective performance can be dismissed if desired

Micro management to the extreme, Extremely heavy caseloads, impossible goals to reach on every file. Management does not treat each employee consistently. Some are able to work from home and some are not depending on if management likes you or not
