      I was promoted within 7 months of joining the team. Through the years, we have grown in flexibility offering flex-time and remote work from home programs to our top performers. More remote work equates to more opportunities even if they are not in the Atlanta area. No company is perfect, but this company is committed to constant improvement. This is the nicest group of people you would ever want to work with. Team oriented and helpful. There is a strong commitment to continued education. This company is committed to change, accountability, financial responsibility, high ethical standards, high quality, and exceptional customer service.

      Cons

      Highly segmented individuals would not perform well here. There is a need for deep knowledge and ability to handle all aspects of claims. Raises and profit sharing are limited. Numbers are sometimes focused on in short intervals instead of longer trends. Communication is sometimes lacking in strategic content.
