Pros

Comfortable work environment. Competitive pay and decent benefits. Management is very nice, co-workers are also very nice to new employees. Very friendly and caring work environment all around. CEO is a great guy.

Cons

Positions can become very tedious and boring at time. Training program is not very good. I did not feel as though there was much room for growth or promotion. Benefits could be better; health insurance was expensive with high deductibles.

Pros

It used to be a great company to work for when I had started 10 years ago when employees were valued.

Cons

Values have changed over the years,offices being closed, dedicated employees fired or let go. Jobs posted but qualified people not hired, instead inexperienced people get the jobs for less pay. Work sent to India with poor customer service are only a few things going on.
