There are no pros at this place.

Cons

They will ask you to start a stable position that let you go for no reason without warning. I watched 50% of the people I was working with be let go without warning. It was not me because I am considered a core member of the company but the schedule is all over the place so theres no point in asking. if you need work for a day then work here but its going to be a nightmare with your intake. Good Luck.

Somewhat flexible schedule and some coworkers are cool.

Cons

There's been a lot of internal staff turnover and an extremely fake company culture. Medical benefit is so terrible & nobody knows how to use it or what exactly is covered. They do not pay employees market rate. Most internal employees are unhappy and are looking to leave.

You are free to run your own desk as you choose. You can tailor your campaigns however you'd like. With the right management style, you are free to prosper.

Cons

The company is volatile. The offerings are incredibly vast and not tailored with much differentiation. In this market, differentiation is everything. Staffing is a great solution to make some extra bucks, but the tiering structure in the commission plan is one of the worst.
